450 gr Frozen mango slices/pieces
2 x 150 gms tubs plain low fat yoghurt
Juice of 2 Oranges
Juice of 1 large or 2 small limes
2 tablespoons organic honey
1 large ripe banana

Method
Chop the mango pieces and banana to make it easier to blend.
Process all ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker for around 30 seconds.
Serve. Get your nutrients in a most enjoyable way.
